Join the Virginia Society of Plastic Surgeons (VASPS) in Roanoke, VA, on Saturday, November 21 for our in-person 2026 Annual Meeting taking place at Hotel Roanoke.


The VASPS is proud to provide you with local educational programming encompassing both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. This year's event will kick off with an opening reception on the evening of November 20, followed by a full day of programming on November 21. We are looking forward to reconnecting!


This meeting is open to members and non-members. Plastic surgeons, residents, students, advanced practitioners, nurses and researchers are all welcome to attend.

Cancellation: 7 days prior to arrival or one night room and tax is forfeited

*Rate is for single or double occupancy room. Taxes and additional fees may apply. Deposit and cancellation penalties may apply, so please ask for these details when making your reservations. Reservations made after the deadline, or after the room block fills, are subject to space and rate availability. This rate is also being offered up to two days prior to the meeting based on availability.

Travel

The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is approximately 5 miles from Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport. The airport is served by Uber, Lyft, and taxicab services. The average taxicab fare is $18.


Parking is available at the Hotel Roanoke with rates of $18/day for self-parking which includes a complimentary shuttle service to/from the hotel's main self-parking lot. Valet parking is also available for $28/day.


Roanoke is also served by Amtrak's Northeast Regional rail service. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk and utilizes a pedestrian walkway direct to the hotel.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for a refund. Cancellations on or before Oct. 2, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between Oct. 3, 2026, and Nov. 20, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Nov. 20, 2026. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze emerging techniques and trends in plastic surgery and practice with improved patient safety awareness
  • Evaluate current practice model and identify how to best maximize their practice in today's health pandemic
  • Incorporate into practice the latest scientific advances impacting plastic surgery for the improvement of patient outcomes and satisfaction

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the Virginia Society of Plastic Surgeons (VASPS). The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.


Designation

The activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.


Recognition Statement

The Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits offered by this activity are enhanced by ASPS Learner Credit Reporting for learners who have opted into this reporting. Successful completion of this CME activity enables active American Board of Surgery (ABS) members the opportunity to earn credit toward the CME requirement of the ABS's Continuous Certification program when claimed within 30 days of completion of the activity.


Participants in ASPS-accredited education who want their CME credits reported to certifying and state licensing boards must opt-in to reporting and add their NPI as well as state license ID and/or collaborating board ID(s) before claiming credit.
