A 49-year old female patient who presents for evaluation of left upper extremity lymphedema. She was diagnosed with lymph node positive breast cancer. She received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and underwent left breast lumpectomy followed by lymph node dissection and radiation therapy. About one year following surgery, she noted gradual, insidious swelling of the ipsilateral upper extremity extending from the hand dorsum to the proximal arm, without activity or traumatic precipitant.
