Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before December 15, 2025, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between December 16, 2025, and January 12, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 12, 2026. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
